2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide via the contact form (name, email and message), together with technical browsing information such as IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited and access time.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is used to answer your enquiries, keep you informed about published projects, improve the site, measure performance and, with your consent, show you communications and advertising related to real estate crowdlending. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your prior, express and informed consent, and on Bryxameli's legitimate interest in operating the site, preventing fraud and communicating with those who show interest in its services.
5. Third parties and transfers
We may share data with technology providers acting as processors (hosting, analytics, advertising such as Google Ads and Google Analytics 4), always under confidentiality obligations and with international transfers made to countries offering adequate protection or through standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention periods
We keep your data only for the time strictly necessary for the described purposes and up to a maximum of sixty (60) months from your last interaction, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection under Law 25,326 by writing to hola@bryxameli.com. You may also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) if you consider your rights have not been addressed.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, continuous monitoring and ongoing training for our internal team on data protection.
9. Minors
The site is intended for people aged eighteen (18) or over. We do not knowingly request or process personal data from minors.
